"Without data you are just another person with an opinion" – meet Co-Owner and Head of Training and People Development, Kion Schmelzer, from the company LSV. Kion has achieved the highest level of certification within Sigma – Master Black Belt – and he has more than 15 years of experience in teaching LEAN Six Sigma.

In this workshop, you will be introduced to tools that can support effective business operations, where the costumer is in center while you still create valuable processes.

Language: CIBA’s events are usually held in Danish, but if there is just one participant who would prefer the event presentation in English, please and they will make the necessary arrangements.
