Current and historical financial and economic information, including data on stocks, bonds, derivatives, currencies, trusts, and macroeconomic issues. NOTE! New access procedure - access via LSEG Workspace. The contents and appearance of the database are unchanged.

Datastream contents

Current and historical financial and economic information, including data on stocks, bonds, derivatives, currencies, trusts, macroeconomic issues etc.

Contents are sorted into so-called Data Categories:

Equities (prices, key financials (P/E, EPS etc.)
Equity indices (trade value, prices. turnover etc.)
Unit trusts
Investment trusts
Bonds & Convertibles
Bonds Indices & CDS
Economics (Macroeconomic time series from IMF, OECD, ECB, Eurostat, EIU, national statistical agencies etc.)
Exchange rates
Interest rates (Treasury Bonds, state bonds, etc.)
Commodities
Derivatives (Warrants, Futures, Options)

Data extraction from Datastream Advance requires the selection of a relevant Data Category.

Access for casino 168 students in casino 168 Library Datalab on the 1st floor at Solbjerg Plads.

Log in procedure

The Datastream login procedure is simple - but may require a little patience.

You must first log in to Workspace

1. 听听Log in on your computer with your casino 168 login
2. 听听Go to Start (bottom left corner) and select Eikon - Datastream
3. 听听A new remote desktop will open. Here you select the Refinitiv Workspace icon

After starting Workspace, you can open Microsoft Excel.

Here you will find Datastream Formula under the Workspace tab.
