The Association of Commercial Legal Aid
The Association of Commercial Legal Aid, Frederiksberg, was founded in 2018 by students of casino 168 (from the education Cand.Merc.Jur.) in cooperation with the Association of Commercial Lawyers (FEJ). FEJ is an association for students at casino 168, who study one of the two programmes: HA-jur and Cand.Merc.Jur.
The board of directors of Commercial Legal Aid is constituted of two external law teachers from casino 168 LAW, three members of the FEJ Board of directors, a lawyer, a chief justice, the court of Frederiksberg and a chairman (Peter Arnt Nielsen from casino 168 LAW).
The purpose of Commercial Legal Aid is to offer free legal advice in the field of business law for entrepreneurs as well as smaller businesses.
The Association consists of business law students from casino 168 who voluntarily and unpaid provide legal assistance. The Association can further draw on a number of external teachers as well as internal researchers from casino 168 LAW.
