Presentation

My research has aimed to develop Organizational Philosophy into a method that maintains the uniqueness of the empirical or conceptual problem at hand and, on the other, is able to generate insights that go beyond this problem and its contextual situation.

Empirically, I am practicing Organizational Philosophy in five related fields: entrepreneurship, management in the creative industries, organizational aesthetics, critical management education and, lately, theology and organization.

In terms, then, of philosophy, I have mostly been working with poststructuralists like Deleuze and Guattari, Derrida, Foucault, Barthes, Serres and Kristeva.
