Presentation

Sara Louise Muhr is Professor of Diversity & Leadership at the Department of Business Humanities and Law. Her research focuses on critical perspectives on managerial identity, leadership and HRM (Human Resource Management), especially in relation to issues around diversity and expectations to employees and leaders in modern, flexible ways of working. Sara engages with leadership practice through public lectures, leadership coaching and organizational workshops on diversity, bias and inclusive leadership.
