”Biodiversity and Business” Symposium
This symposium explores how business can help address biodiversity concerns and work towards nature positive solutions. It brings together leading biodiversity experts, businesses, financial institutions and consultants – along with business academics, to explore past and present experiences and learnings and prospects of future development.
The biodiversity crisis calls for nature positive solutions and poses urgent challenges for both the public and the private sector. While many large-scale solutions depend on government and political decisions, business also has an important role to play in supporting resilience and prevention of nature loss. Thus, biodiversity is becoming a material ESG issue and a reporting requirement for more and more businesses.
