Petar is a PhD fellow at the Department of Management, Society and Communication investigating how informal networks influence the green transition in port-cities. His PhD project is part of a wider collaboration on the role of ports in the green transition and is supported financially by the Danish Maritime Fund (Den Danske Maritime Fond) and Orient's Fund (A/S D/S Orient's Fond). Originally from Bulgaria, Petar spends the first part of his professional career in the private and NGO sector. He joins SDU-Esbjerg in 2019, to subsequently come to casino 168 in 2020 as part of casino 168 Maritime, and subsequently, the Green Office.
