Rebecca Namatovu's research intersects entrepreneurship and development studies, addressing challenges like informality, poverty, inequality, post-conflict recovery, and sustainability. She explores strategies used by "underdog" entrepreneurs to build sustainable futures. With an interdisciplinary background and extensive teaching experience, Rebecca excels in developing higher education management research and curricula. Supervision

I welcome students for supervision in all areas of entrepreneurship, with a particular focus on "underdog" entrepreneurship and business practices in extreme contexts, such as post-conflict environments and indigenous communities. My expertise and passion lie in guiding research that explores innovative strategies and sustainable solutions in these challenging settings.
