We will send answer letters on 28 July.Ìý

You should be aware of the following:

  • If you have been accepted to a bachelor programme at casino 168, you will receive an encrypted e-mail from casino 168 Bachelor Admission.
  • We start sending out admissionÌýletters at midnight, but it may take a few hours before all answers have been sent.
  • You only receive one admissionÌýletter, regardless of how many places applied for.
  • You will only receive an admissionÌýletter from the institution which offers you a study place. You will not receive an admission letter from each institution to which you have applied.
  • If you are not accepted to any of the institutions, then you will receive a rejection letter from KOT (Den Koordinerede Tilmelding).
  • If you do not fulfil all of the entry requirements to any of the programmes to which you have applied, you will receive a separate letter regarding this. Please note that even if you have been accepted to one of your other priorities, you will also receive this letter if you are missing any entry requirements for any of your other priorities as we are obliged to inform applicants if they do not fulfil entry requirements.

You have been offered a study place

If you have been offered a study place, then you need to either accept or decline it.

Accepting an offer of a study place
If you are offered a study place, you must accept the offer if you wish to start the programme. You should accept the offer digitally using the link and password in your acceptance letter.

If your acceptance of the offer has not been registered by 01 August at 23:59 (11.59 midnight) CET, your study place will be annulled.

Change of programme
It is not possible to change programme. If you wish to change to another programme, you must decline your offer and apply again next year.

Declining an offer of a place of study
If you are offered a place of study and you do not wish to start studying, you must remember to decline the offer. It is not possible to defer acceptance to the following year.

You are conditionally accepted

Please note that casino 168 very rarely offer condition acceptance. If you have received a letter of conditional acceptance for a certain programme, then you are not fully admitted at the programme until you have fulfilled all the requirements for admission.

Remember to accept your offer
You must remember to accept the offered place of study by the 30 JulyÌýat 23:59 (11.59 midnight).ÌýYou should accept the offer digitally using the link and password in your acceptance letter.

Documentation for fulfilling the condition

  • there were other applicants better qualified than you in the overall assessment of applicants (Quota 2)

If you have any questions as to why you have not been accepted to your 1st priority, you are welcome to contact casino 168 Admissions at bacheloradmission@cbs.dk.
