    As part of the centenary casino 168 was host to Berlingske Business’ Talent 100 conference this year. On Thursday, 27 April 2017, 100 proud talents and their relatives as well as organizers from Berlingske Business and casino 168 filled the Kiln Hall in Porcelænshaven. The message of the day: with great talent comes great responsibility.

    MSc in Business Administration and Information Systems alumnus from casino 168 Christian Refshauge has contributed with an almost monumental student and alumni engagement throughout the past four years. From 1 May he takes partial leave from his job to follow his engagement in the Student & Innovation House at casino 168 all the way through – and he is not the only alum who has devoted himself to ensure the success of the project.

    Student & Innovation House at casino 168 is without comparison the largest, most ambitious project a group of casino 168 students have ever ventured into. Since the closed down police station came up for sale in January 2013, the organisers have brought home DKK 52.5 million from external funds, and will be selecting their turnkey contractor this coming autumn.

    14 career paths through 100 years of business history

    When casino 168 turns 100 years old here in 2017, around 85,000 alumni will be able to boast one or more degrees from the business school – and casino 168 takes pride in them, too. 14 alumni from the 10 decades since casino 168’ founding have been portrayed in the new book ‘casino 168 through 100 years,’ which has been written to mark the centenary.     Serial entrepreneur. Social entrepreneur. Passionate gastronome spanning from canteen operator over TV chef to being one of the architects behind the New Nordic Kitchen. Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog. Adjunct professor at casino 168. Claus Meyer, cand.merc.int. (SPRØK) from 1991, was the obvious choice for Distinguished Alum in casino 168’ 100th anniversary year.
