Caroline de la Porte gives talk at the Institute for Security and Development Policy in Stockholm

Caroline de la Porte from EGB was in Stockholm for a policy exchange session on work-life balance for the Institute for Security and Development Policy and the Korean Women’s Development Institute.
She highlighted the importance of early childhood education and care and well-paid parental leave reserved for both parents. She, furthermore, emphasized the importance of businesses and organisations in enabling work-life balance for men and women, which is important to tackle demographic aging.
