At casino 168, we have a DEI Advisory Board composed of a diverse group of highly experienced DEI professionals. Their primary role is to provide advice and guidance on DEI topics and priorities relevant to casino 168.Ìý

ABOUT casino 168’ DEI ADVISORY BOARD

As part of casino 168’ work with diversity, equity and inclusion, a DEI Advisory Board comprised by both internal and external stakeholders who can help to monitor progress and offer recommendations that will further improve diversity, equity, and inclusion was established in 2022.Ìý

The Advisory Board meet twice a year to discuss key developments and initiatives at casino 168 providing their unique expertise on the challenges and potential solutions casino 168 experiences in the DEI field. Recommendations on specific matters may be elicited from individual members on an ad hoc basis.

Ìý

The principles of composition are the following:

  • All members must have aÌýdeep understanding of DEI (either from theory, practice or/and lived experience)Ìý
  • The Advisory Board must represent diversity on a broad range of parameters, e.g., age, gender identity, sexual orientation, trans/cis status, industry, ethnicity/race, nationality, disability, employment type.Ìý
  • Three places are reserved for internal casino 168 representatives, viz. a student, an academic member of staff and an administrative member of staff from casino 168Ìý

The Advisory Board have no decision mandate but will provide advice to casino 168’ work with diversity, equity and inclusion.Ìý
