Who and when can we help?
- casino 168 primarily offers assistance in finding accommodation for incoming exchange students, Full Time MBA students and Non-European Freemovers during the autumn and spring and casino 168 Summer University students during the summer.
- International full-degree students and fee-paying students with EU citizenship who study at casino 168 for a semester or twoÌýshould look for housing on their own.
- casino 168 Housing Team does not guarantee accommodation for any of casino 168's students.

Housing in Copenhagen is difficult to find and expensive. The casino 168 housing Team has access to 6 student residences or dorms. See Student Residences.ÌýÌý
There is no guarantee that you will get your first priority. In addition, in some semesters there are not enough rooms in Student Residences for all students, so some will be living in private housing. To help us find a solution that will be optimal for you, please take some time to explore the different housing options which you will find on this website.
When to apply
For autumn 2025 students, the housing application link will be sent on May 19, and you can apply until and including May 23. The information on the housing pages will be updated for the autumn semester at the beginning of May.
The allocation process happens automatically, so there's no advantage in applying on the first day.
The housing application process will begin in the second half of April for registered exchange students. Students who have been admitted to the casino 168 Summer University Programme will receive an email inviting them to apply for housing. The email will be sent to the email address supplied by the student. casino 168 email addresses are not required for casino 168 Summer University Housing. There is no possibility of applying before the link is received.
This section applies only to international students enrolled in the casino 168 Full Time MBA Program. Students pursuing a course of MBA study at their home university should refer to the sections Exchange Students or International Degree Students.
Housing for casino 168 MBA students is assigned on a first come, first served basis for as long as rooms are available.
Application and allocation takes place via the Housing Team (housing.intoff@cbs.dk). You will be asked to complete an application after which the casino 168 Housing Team will allocate you to a room in one of the dorms mentioned below.
Accommodation available to International casino 168 students in the full time MBA program is the 4th floor at Porcelænshaven dorm.
You will be able to apply for housing together with exchange students.Ìý
The Housing Team cannot assist international full-degree students with accommodation. We strongly recommend that you actively search for housing on your own.
